What are your fees?
Our fee is a percentage of the sale proceeds. That percentage is determined by the level of post-sale service you desire.
The two primary options are:
Level A~ Any items that do not sell will be donated, moved to your storage unit, or otherwise disposed of according to your wishes. The house will be left empty, the floors swept and the carpets vacuumed. Our fee for this level of service is 32%.
Level B~ After the sale, disposal of any unsold items and clean-up of the house are handled by you. Our fee for this level of service is 27%.

We don't charge a cent to take a look at an estate. We can even come over in the evening or on the weekend. Once we see what you have, your questions can be answered in detail then and there.
